PREMIUM-LINE

Deburring tools of our DENIM-Line are excellent for the treatment of higher steel alloys with grain sizes P80 to P120 and for stainless steel with grain size P120 and finer. Depending on the application and surface requirements, grain sizes from P80 to P180 are available.

Special abrasive cloth with high-quality corundum BLUE-FIRED
This specially refined bluish corundum has improved grain properties such as grain shape, higher hardness than normal corundum and becomes less quickly blunt.

Grain P80 up to P100:
Stronger rounding, more prominent brush and grinding strokes on the surface.
Grain P120 to P180:
Ideal if the surface appearance plays a role. Brush and grinding strokes are less pronounced or a homogenous surface is created.

Deburring discs of our DENIM-Line are particularly effective in double-row facing and force a more intensive edge rounding, have a higher flexibility of the facing and a longer service life.

Deburring tools of our VIOLET-Line are excellent for the treatment of stainless steel. The recommended grain size is between P60 and P150 depending on the application and surface requirements.

Special abrasive cloth with ceramic grain
Longer service life due to micro-splitting of the abrasive grain. This results in new and sharp edges, which favour cool grinding at low contact pressure.

Grain P60 up to P100:
Strong rounding, more prominent brush and grinding strokes on the surface.
Grain P120 up to P150:
Ideal on sheets if the surface appearance plays a role. Brush and grinding strokes are less pronounced or a beautiful homogenous surface is created.

Deburring tools of our BLACK-Line are excellent for the treatment of aluminium and plastics. Depending on the application and surface requirements, grain sizes from P80 to P180 are available.

The abrasive grain silicon carbide black with a crystalline and sharp-edged structure has a high hardness and brittleness. This results in a micro-splitting of the grain, which brings out new sharp edges. Particularly suitable for a beautiful and glossy surface.

Grain P80 up to P100:
Stronger roundings, more prominent brush and grinding strokes on the surface, glossy surface.
Grain P120 up to P180:
Ideal if the surface appearance plays a role, as brush and grinding strokes are less pronounced or a homogenous surface is the goal.
