Damp and resin-rich wood, on the other hand, is very difficult to work with. The structuring process can take place in one or two steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Working in one step<\/strong><br \/>\nUsing a brush with silicon carbide bristles creates a light surface structure that makes the wood appear lively and rustic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Working in two steps<\/strong><br \/>\nIn order to achieve a particularly deep structure on the wooden surfaces, a brush with stranded wire is used in the first step, while the post-treatment (second step) is carried out with a brush made with silicon carbide bristles 1.27\/grain 80.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Litz wire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The stranded wire trim is ideally suited for the high level of abrasion on soft and hardwood, whereby the depth of the structure (brushing out the soft annual rings can be individually determined by the cutting speed, the feed, the infeed and repetition of the work process.<strong>Silicon carbide bristles<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The brush with silicon carbide bristles then removes the existing wood fibers to ensure an optimal surface for painting and staining.
