SLITTING
In addition to the various facing types, a range of slitting patterns allow you to tailor the deburring rollers to your specific deburring process, thereby significantly influencing the result.
Here is just a brief insight into possible slitting patterns and their different applications:
slitting 5 + 5 | straight
for larger inner contours and sheet
thicknesses from 1.5 mm.
slitting 5 + 3 | straight
for medium to small inner contours
and sheet thicknesses from 1.5 mm.
slitting 3 + 3 | Wave
for medium to small inner contours
and sheet thickness from 0,8 mm.
The waveform adapts particularly well to contours.
Of course, many other slitting patterns are possible.
