The deburring grinding discs from the FAPI-TRIM series are the ideal tool for deburring on automatic deburring machines (e.g. Weber deburring machines) and are particularly suitable for processing larger series.
We would be pleased to advise you on which deburring discs can be used in your processing, in order to achieve top process results.
- Shortest set-up times
The quick-clamping system makes it easy to assemble and position the FAPI-TRIM deburring grinding discs on the deburring machine.
- A wide variety of trim materials
By selecting different densities, trim lengths, types of abrasive cloth and abrasive fleece, you can have a decisive influence on the deburring process. The optimal design of the FAPI-TRIM deburring grinding discs can be determined from the process parameters of dry or wet grinding, the material to be processed, the material thickness and the desired surface quality or the desired roughness depth.
- Picard tip
The coarser the grain size of the FAPI-TRIM deburring sanding disc is selected, the stronger the edge rounding on the workpiece will be.
- Individual slat positions
The deburring sanding disc FAPI-TRIM has abrasive cloth slats attached to the front, which are supported by abrasive fleece slats. Durch besondere Stellung dieser Lamellen können Entgratschleifteller FAPI-TRIM individuell für den jeweiligen Bearbeitungsprozess hergestellt werden.
- Made in Germany
Without exception, all Picard tools and naturally also our deburring discs series are made in Germany. High-quality and optically excellent grinding tools are our production results, from which you as our customer benefit.
By further optimizing the trim arrangement as a double row or Y variant, the deburring result can be significantly influenced.
Why the different stocking arrangements?
The single-row trim is our standard version. Here we can influence the hardness or flexibility as well as the stock removal rate by using different non-woven abrasive variants in combination with abrasive cloth.
In our Y version, the stock is evenly compacted. Here the trimming material is evenly distributed on the outer circumference and towards the center of the deburring sanding plate. With this arrangement, a higher removal rate can be achieved, as the trim can adapt better to contoured cutouts.
The double-row version is the variant with the highest flexibility. By dividing the fill width, the fill can adapt even better to the edge and thus also deburr smaller cut-outs better. The fill hardness can also be adjusted by using our grinding fleece variants.
Once the sheet metal has been stamped, flame cut, lasered or cut with a water jet, at least one burr appears in the cutting area. This can best be removed using FAPI-TRIM deburring sanding discs. This deburring or edge rounding of sheet metal parts is carried out on automatic, stationary deburring machines (e.g. Weber deburring machines).
