The FAPI-STARGRINDER deburring machine is the next generation of manual deburring machines for small and medium-sized production runs. The swivel arm can be easily moved to the workpiece to be processed thanks to pneumatic support, and the quick-clamping mount on the head enables problem-free and quick assembly of the FAPI-FIT deburring discs. The workpieces are held in their position with the existing vacuum. A suction system attached directly to the deburring disc removes the resulting grinding dust. The random orbital sander, which is positioned laterally in a holder, offers the option of processing particularly strong burrs in advance with a velcro-backed grinding disc. Not suitable for aluminum processing!
