A high-quality fiber material selection ensures the quality of our products. The fiber is a yellowish shimmering natural fiber. It is obtained from two types of agave that only grow in the Mexican highlands.
The common trade name “Tampico Fiber” comes from the Mexican port city of Tampico, where the fiber material originated. In addition to the term “Tampico fiber”, there is also the term “Mexico fiber” for the exact same material, which can be attributed to the growing country of Mexico.
