When processing sheet metal parts by punching, lasering, plasma cutting, flame cutting, etc., a burr is always created.
We have met the challenge of deburring or rounding these “sharp” edges of the workpieces in companies by developing our deburring grinding wheels and deburring rollers. By using these highly flexible tools, both on hand machines and on automatic machines, sheet metal parts can be optimally rounded or deburred.

  • Increase in service life
    The use of our specially developed deburring grinding wheels and deburring rollers leads to an increase in service life. Practical use has shown that our deburring grinding wheels and deburring rollers have two to three times the service life of conventional wheels and rollers.
  • Axial arrangement of the grinding flaps
    The abrasive grain sides of the slotted abrasive cloth lamellae are arranged on the roller body in the axial direction. This prevents the sides of the abrasive grain from hitting each other and the resulting premature destruction of the abrasive material, as is the case when the abrasive cloth lamellae are arranged in the radial direction.
  • Short setup times
    The very simple assembly and disassembly on the machines enables extremely short set-up times.
  • Very high abrasive fabric content
    A very high proportion of abrasive fabric on the deburring grinding wheels and deburring rollers leads to a significant improvement in service life.
  • Variable dimensions
    It is possible to manufacture the sanding rollers in different densities, trim lengths and types of abrasive fabric.
  • Versatile areas of application
    The deburring grinding wheels and deburring rollers are used both in handheld machines and in grinding processes on carousel and two- or multi-roll grinding machines.
  • Special versions of abrasive cloth flaps
    As standard, the deburring grinding wheels and deburring rollers are equipped with continuously slotted abrasive cloth lamellae. As a special version, it is possible to produce the abrasive cloth lamellas with interrupted slots – the so-called web slots. This ensures that the deburring wheels and deburring rollers achieve a better surface on narrow workpieces.
