The optimal design of the deburring grinding disc FAPI-M14 can be determined from the following process parameters: material to be processed, material thickness and desired surface quality or desired roughness depth.

The coarser the grain size of the FAPI-M14 deburring sander is selected, the greater the edge rounding on the workpiece.

The problem that often occurs of different roundings/chamfers on the sheet metal edges when manually deburring with grinding flap discs is completely eliminated by the new deburring grinding disc FAPI-M14. Longer edges, as well as cutouts and holes, can be deburred very easily – without much effort on the part of the user.
- Individual slat positions
The deburring sanding disc FAPI-M14 has abrasive cloth slats attached to the front, which are supported by abrasive fleece slats. Due to the special position of the lamellae, FAPI-M14 deburring grinding discs can be manufactured individually for the respective machining process.
